Confirm the integration is still enabled for the survey (Integrations tab > Excel Online toggle). 2. Click Force sync to update existing responses. 3. If you need historical data, ensure Import Old Responses is checked, then Save. 4. Disable the Excel Online integration toggle, re-enable it, and complete Microsoft authentication again (make sure you click Accept on the Microsoft permissions screen). 5. If the issue affects all surveys across the account (account-wide), it may be an account-level authorization or backend issue. In that case, contact support and share: - Affected survey name(s) and project ID(s) - Approximate time the sync stopped working - Screenshot/screen recording of the error (if any) Support may request temporary account access (Settings > Security > Account Access) to investigate and, if needed, escalate to engineering for an account-level fix.
